Mideastern Michigan Library Cooperative Advisory Council serves as an advisory body for the cooperative and consists of one representative from each of the member libraries or institutions, either the director of the member library or designee. The major functions of the Advisory Council shall be to serve in an advisory relationship to the Cooperative Director.
